Butterscotch Candies

I know that regular butterscotch isn't vegan because it's made with butter and cream, but what about butterscotch flavored hard candies? 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I'm not interested in sugar-free though, so the research continues... Do you find this valuable?
