when it comes to chik'n nuggets I always go with Boca. Any chikn patties or nuggets that say "Now a crispier recipe!" Or something to that nature have had their recipes revised to make them vegan. You have to be careful with morning star.

I've noticed a lot of Morningstar products have 'egg whites' and such in them. Just read the ingredients and you should be safe.
