gelatin, dairy & mystery vitamins

some cereal, like mini wheats, has gelatin in the icing part. others have milk ingredients even though it doesn't make sense that they do. also, many cereals are enriched with vitamins, minerals, etc. and it would be beneficial to know whether they are animal-derived or not.
