New Harmony Vegetarian Restaurant - Best Vegan Chinese on the East Coast. New owners and changed name to New Harmony in 2005. Same chef and same menu with some new additions. Lots of food and very inexpensive. A must if you are ever in Philly. On 9th and Race in Philly Chinatown.
