Part of the philosophy of this site is that being vegan is about peace. If we can't even have peace among vegans, what does that say?
Our approach is based on the law of supply and demand. The more demand Burger King perceives from the market for vegan options, the more obligated they will be to fulfill it. If all the vegans walk away from Burger King, that only leaves the non-vegans for Burger King to hear from. The people saying "more meat"! We want the Burger Kings of the world to hear from the people saying "less meat"!
In fact, as you can see from this New York Times story, Burger King is even listening: http://www.nytimes.com/2007/03/28/business/28burger.html?ex=1332820800&en=97595c76694421ef&ei=5124&partner=permalink&exprod=permalink
I'll post this link in the Burger King info page too.
The law of supply and demand works. Let's let these companies hear from people like us who want more and more vegan options at all restaurants.
